Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-11

Wealthy (the "App") is built so that your financial data never leaves your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server that stores your data. This policy explains exactly what the App does and does not do with information.

1. Information we do not collect

The App has no sign-up or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any other directly identifying information. We do not create a profile of you, and we have no way to link the App's data to your identity. Advertising identifiers may be processed by our advertising provider — see section 4.

2. What you enter, and where it is stored

The holdings, quantities, trade records, goals, and notes you enter are written to local storage on your device only. They are never uploaded to a server operated by us — we do not operate one for user data — and they are never shared with third parties.

3. Network requests

To show quotes and indicators, the App requests market data over the network. Those requests carry only the public identifiers of the instruments being looked up (for example a ticker symbol) together with standard connection metadata such as your IP address, which is inherent to any internet request. Your quantities, purchase prices, goals, and notes are never sent. Connection metadata is processed transiently to serve the request and protect the service, and is not retained in a form that identifies you.

4. Advertising

The App is free and may display ads through Google AdMob. To deliver, measure, and cap the frequency of ads, Google and its partners may collect and process your device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data. That processing is governed by Google's own policy — see the Google Privacy Policy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising is enabled, and your choice is honoured. You can change it later from the same form. Where ads are shown without that consent, the App requests non-personalised ads only.

The data you enter in the App is never sent to the advertising provider. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond what is described above.

5. Backups and deletion

You can export your data to a backup file and restore it from within the App. A backup file is written only to the location you choose (a folder, a cloud drive, a messaging app), and managing it is your responsibility. Deleting the App removes all data it stored on your device. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for you to request from us — deletion is entirely in your hands.

6. Your rights

Rights such as access, correction, erasure, and portability under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws apply to personal data held by a controller. As we hold no personal data about you, these rights are satisfied directly on your device: the data is yours, visible in the App, editable at any time, exportable as a backup, and deletable by removing the App. For advertising identifiers processed by Google, exercise your rights through your device settings and the consent form described in section 4, or contact Google.

7. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as the law or the App changes. Revisions are published on this page with an updated date.
