Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-11

These terms govern your use of Wealthy (the "App"), an app for tracking and reflecting on the assets you hold. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. What the App is

The App organises and visualises two things: the asset information you enter yourself, and publicly available market data such as quotes and economic indicators. It is an information tool. It does not broker, execute, or solicit any transaction, and it does not provide investment advice or portfolio management.

2. Not investment advice

Everything the App displays — quotes, indicators, returns, dividends, projected values, and any commentary — is provided for information and reference only. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation, or a trading signal. Projections are arithmetic on past data, not forecasts. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any gain or loss that follows.

3. Accuracy of data

Market data comes from publicly available sources and may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or wrong. Values such as projected future value are simple calculations based on past figures and will differ from actual outcomes. The App makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

4. Your responsibilities

The holdings, quantities, trade records, and goals you enter are stored only on your own device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backup files. If you delete the App or lose the device, that data can be lost permanently.

5. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice, and some information may become unavailable if an upstream data source changes or stops.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its provider are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the App, including investment losses and loss of data.

7. Intellectual property

The design and content of the App belong to its provider. Open-source components included in the App are used under their own licences; see the Open Source Licences page.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the law or the App changes. Revisions are published on this page.
